Hi friends,

Thank you for being here.

I had a completely different post planned for today. Now that I look at the collage that came through a few days ago (an image that puzzled me in its ominous abstraction) I recognize my intuiting a coming intensity.

I often wonder how much to share here. I will say this: I am not dying. Or not much more than any of us doing this thing called life (which always includes dying)… I am ok. But I do have major medical tomfoolery ahead of me and want to make plenty of space for what’s to come (also for fun with ChaCha in the process). I’m hoping 2025 will then be done with its nonsense concerning my body. 🤞🏾🔮🍀

I am pausing paid subscriptions and will not be posting newsletters or chats for the month of November (yearly paid subscriptions will be prorated). I will check back in for December’s Full Moon on the 4th.

Please know I’m lovingly supported and cared for. I hope you are as well.

I’ll be at Kripalu March 13–15 to offer a weekend on Mindfulness of the Elements, an oft overlooked yet potent practice for experiencing the inherent interconnection of life. 🌍💧🔥💨🌀 The workshop will include meditation, journaling, conversation, and plenty of time in nature.
