Reading this has buoyed me a bit as I just came out of a pretty crippling panic attack where I was at a friend’s and just totally fell apart and had to pack my stuff up and go home. The part where you talked about letting yourself fall apart when you needed to made me feel less alone and less like a little 56 year old crybaby. The world is a lot right now and sometimes my sensitive heart and soul simply can’t cope in public anymore. But I’m getting ready to maybe lay down and listen to one of your meditations which always calm me. Either that or watch Jon Hamm host SNL and maybe meditate with you after. ;)
So grateful to be in your world, and able to feel connected to people who tell the truth in the way you do. With compassion and with realness. ❤️

I just listened and finished practicing to your guided meditation. Wow! I love so many things about this, especially in the current climate of the 🌏 today. The calling in of Many Moses’s, Support, Supporting and what that looks like internally and externally, through inhale, exhale, through Moon Phases from New to Full, just Wow! Visceral and so poetic. Thank you! 🙏🏽❤️
I certainly miss seeing your face in real-time online, but am very happy to hear that you are going to lean into sharing those teachings here, broadening or evolving them as you are moved to. So many things I have learned from you are in my dna, and I look forward to the fresh experience of learning more in this space.
Grateful for you mentioning Sweet Honey In The Rock. I saw them decades ago, Symphony Hall in Boston and you talk about performances that somehow stick with you and this is definitely one. I never had experienced anything like them- shared love, voices, rhythm, heart. Radiance. Thank you as always for your grounding and guidance. And may we persist in striving for a way to share our earth with all beings. LOVE and continuous healing. ☀️
